Verifying specifications and developing prevention plans. Preparing follow-up reports (daily, monthly, annual). Training and developing the team, implementing performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinating with other departments to optimize operations and improve overall performance. Implementing innovations and continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
